Leticia Novak is a seasoned professional in the field of Diversity and Inclusion, currently serving as the Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager at QuintoAndar since December 2022. Prior to this role, Leticia held positions at L'Oréal, including Corporate Social Responsibility (ESG) Manager and International Diversity & Inclusion Manager, where responsibilities encompassed global diversity strategy coordination and project management across various inclusion topics. Leticia began their career focusing on HR diversity, strategic consulting for disability rights, and managing socio-cultural events. With a Master's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Sciences Po Lyon and a Bachelor's degree in History focusing on International Relations from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Leticia brings a robust academic background to a dynamic professional journey.
