Lucas Romao Silva

Lucas Romao Silva is a seasoned software engineer and manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently a Senior Software Engineer Manager at QuintoAndar since April 2018, Lucas has successfully led an engineering team to develop an internal service that replaces a third-party tool, addressing manual errors and data inconsistencies in the sales process. Prior to this, Lucas contributed to significant features such as a listing model and WhatsApp notification integration. Experience includes a Software Developer role at Alura Cursos Online, where Lucas overhauled a legacy payment flow, and internships at both Alura and LSI-TEC, focusing on backend improvements and augmented reality software development. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from USP and completed studies at the Technical University of Munich.
