Xavier Dory

Xavier Dory has extensive experience in marketing, sales, and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Offer Development at Quipment SAS since July 2025, Xavier previously held the role of Regional Sales Director at Eiffage Construction from October 2023 to August 2025. Notably, from June 2015 to October 2023, Xavier progressed through several positions at SUEZ, including Branch Manager Alsace, Sales Director, and Sales Manager. Earlier in the career at Saint-Gobain from 2004 to 2015, Xavier served as Country Sales Manager for West and Central Africa, as well as for African countries and the Indian Ocean. Additional roles included Sales Animator – Africa, Near East & Eurasia, Business Unit Manager, and Marketing Project Manager. Xavier holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School and has degrees in Marketing and Products Management from ICN Business School and International Business Management from ISEG.
