Andrei Nanu

Andrei Nanu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles primarily in project management and IT administration.

Andrei started their career as a Shift Administrator at CEFIN HOLDING in 2006 before moving on to work as a Foto-journalist at TeenMedia SRL in 2008.

In 2009, Andrei worked as an IT Administrator at Automatic Elite S.R.L, where they were responsible for maintaining the company's local IT infrastructure and managing the website.

Andrei then transitioned to Patru Business SRL in 2010, taking up the role of IT Administrator again and performing similar duties.

Andrei joined BGS DIVIZIA DE SECURITATE in 2012 as a Security Manager before moving on to TVR Romania in 2013, where they worked as an Image Specialist.

In 2015, Andrei joined Spotvision Lighting Distribution as an IT Administrator.

Andrei then started working at IBM in 2016 as a Project Management Officer, where they provided support for project operations and advocated for best practices in project management. Andrei was later promoted to the position of Senior Project Management Officer / Backup SDM.

In 2018, Andrei transitioned to Quipu GmbH, where they have held multiple positions, including IT Project Manager, Coordinator of Project Management - DevOps Department, and currently, Head of Enterprise Project Management. Their responsibilities include leading and managing agile project teams and overseeing large, complex enterprise-level projects.

Throughout their career, Andrei has demonstrated their expertise in project management, IT administration, and operational support.

Andrei Nanu attended the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest starting in 2011, where they studied Mecanica si Mecatronica - Inginerie Economica. Andrei has not yet obtained a degree from this institution. In terms of additional certifications, Andrei has completed a variety of courses. In 2023, they obtained the ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy Certificate from PeopleCert. In 2020, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL), also from PeopleCert. In 2018, Andrei completed several agile project management courses from LinkedIn, including Agile Project Management Principles, Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings, Agile at Work: Getting Better with Agile Retrospectives, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards, and Become an Agile Project Manager. Andrei also completed courses in Project Management Foundations, Project Management Foundations: Schedules, Project Management: Technical Projects, Scrum: Advanced, and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management. Additionally, Andrei obtained a certification as a Formator from CNFPA, although the specific dates are not provided.
