Susana Trocoli currently serves as Team Lead de Customer Success and Onboarding Specialist Team Lead at Quipu since September 2023, bringing valuable expertise in customer success from previous roles as a Customer Success Agent. Prior to Quipu, Susana worked at Outbound People from March 2022 to September 2023 as a Junior Recruiter, focusing on hiring Outbound Sales profiles for SaaS and B2B startups. Susana began her career at Tromografic S.L. as an Accountant from September 2019 to February 2022, overseeing treasury management, annual accounts, and accounting entries. Susana holds a degree in International Business from ESCI-UPF, obtained in September 2023.
