Mike Zinne

Mike Zinne is an experienced executive in customer experience and success, currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at Quiq. Previously, Mike held the position of Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Outreach, and served as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Zendesk. Mike also has experience as Senior Vice President of Client Success at Kyriba Corporation and Vice President of Sales Consulting at Oracle. Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Montana between 1993 and 1997.
