Merolyn Whitaker

Merolyn Whitaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consultancy. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Quirk Solutions Ltd, Merolyn specializes in organizational culture, people development, strategy, and transformation. As Managing Director of LoveKeepCreate Ltd since February 2013, Merolyn has led a successful e-commerce company known for its textile keepsakes and recognition on BBC2's Dragons' Den. Additionally, Merolyn has managed a family-owned franchise of Martin & Co Plymouth since January 2015, providing tailored investment advice in the lettings and sales domain. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at the University of Oxford SDG Impact Lab and as an Intelligence, Security, and Training Consultant, along with serving as an Intelligence Officer in HM Forces. Merolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Southampton.
