Gil Pletsch

Gil Pletsch has worked in various roles since 2002. Gil began their career as an Administrativo at Fazenda Três Meninas and at Granja Gaúcha in 2003. In 2010, they became an Analista de Produtos at NDDigital S/A, where they received and channeled development demands, and analyzed the market and competition. In 2012, they became an Analista de Logística e Custos - Gerência Agropecuária at Grupo ARG, where they were responsible for controlling and coordinating an agricultural project, opening and traceability of orders, planning activities and controlling execution, budget planning, and cost management in Guinea Equatorial, Africa. In 2014, they became a Consultor Empresarial at Multiply Consultoria, and in 2017 they became a Coordenador Escritório de Projetos no Órion Parque Tecnológico and a Consultor at OZ1D. In 2018, they became the CEO at Quiron Digital.

Gil Pletsch has a varied educational background. Gil completed a Technical Agrarian degree from CEDUP Caetano Costa between 1997 and 2000. From 2003 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Uniplac - Universidade do Planalto Catarinense. Gil then completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Uniplac - Universidade do Planalto Catarinense between 2010 and 2015. Most recently, they earned a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing Direction from Funiber - Fundação Universitária Ibero-americana.
