Praharsha Reddy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, HR policies, and statutory compliance. Currently serving as Human Resources Team Lead at QuisLex since April 2022, Praharsha previously held various HR roles at Law In Order Pty Ltd from May 2019 to April 2022, including Senior HR Executive and Training Coordinator. In addition, Praharsha gained foundational HR experience as a Management Trainee at Radisson from November 2018 to May 2019. Responsibilities have included maintaining employee data, processing confirmations, managing payroll, facilitating inductions, and organizing employee engagement activities.
