Santosh Kumar

Santosh Kumar has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Santosh started their career as a Junior Lawyer at M/S Manish Sharma & Associates in 2007 and worked there until 2008. Santosh then joined Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd as a Legal Executive, handling consumer litigation, legal notices, and conducting lok-adalats for case settlements. After leaving Citifinancial in 2010, Santosh joined QuisLex in 2021 as a Team Lead Legal.

Santosh Kumar completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Annamalai University from 1998 to 2001. In 2003, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Delhi University, completing it in 2006. In 2008 and 2009, Santosh Kumar attended Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights, specializing in copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Additionally, they obtained a certification in PGDIPR (Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights).
