Previously, Rachel held the position of Associate Professor of Advertising at Columbia College Chicago, educating undergraduate students on current best practices in fashion advertising. Prior experience as Managing Director at Moving Image & Content involved guiding brands through innovative marketing strategies and achieving significant sales growth during the pandemic. Rachel's tenure at H&M included leading advertising and brand partnerships, overseeing successful marketing strategies for LATAM expansion, and launching the first e-commerce site in the USA. Additional roles include Senior Communications Strategist at Johannes Leonardo and Associate Media Director at Mediacom, showcasing a strong background in digital advertising and strategic communications. Rachel holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Study, Music & Business from Alliance University.
