Maritta Günzel

Maritta Günzel has over two decades of work experience in a variety of roles. Maritta began their career in 1998 as a Full-time Assistance (Healthcare) with Ambulante Dienste GmbH & Co. KG. In 2006, they became a Service Center Agent - Working Student with Bluepartner Gmbh. In 2013, they transitioned to Customer Alliance as an Assistant Sales Manager. Maritta then moved up to HR Manager and Recruiting Manager at Customer Alliance in 2014. In 2016, they became an HR Manager at ZipJet. In 2017, they joined Free2Move - The Carsharing App as a Head of HR and Senior HR Manager. In 2020, they were appointed Head Of Human Resources at fliit. In 2021, they were promoted to Head of People & Culture at Ben Fleet Services GmbH. Most recently, they were appointed Director of People & Culture at Qunomedical GmbH in 2022.
