Becky Hartley is a highly experienced Senior Planner, currently with Quod since July 2019. Previously, Becky held senior planning positions at Troy Planning + Design and Tandridge District Council, where responsibilities included leading the production of the Annual Monitoring Report and supporting Community Infrastructure Levy preparations. Prior experience also includes working as a Planning Policy Officer at Guildford Borough Council and as a Planning Data Analyst. Becky Hartley holds a Master's degree in Planning, Policy and Practice from London South Bank University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Liverpool.
