Tim Struth

Tim Struth has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment management industry. Tim co-founded QuoinStone Investment Management in 2017 and currently holds the role of Co-Founder. Prior to this, they were the Co-Owner of SB2 Property Ventures Ltd starting from 2006. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Co-Owner of SBLiving. In 2011, Tim Struth founded the Pocket Hotel brand and concept, acquiring a development site in Shoreditch and securing consent for a 200 bed hotel. Tim prepared the site for development and held the role of Co-Founder until 2016. Before these entrepreneurial ventures, Tim Struth worked at Savills as an Associate Director, responsible for constructing detailed development cashflows for large regeneration projects, advising on acquisition and sale of development sites. Tim was with Savills from 2000 to 2006. Tim Struth began their career as a Graduate Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker from 1999 to 2000.

Tim Struth completed their education in two institutions. Tim attended Felsted School from 1991 to 1996, where they did not specifically pursue a degree or field of study. Subsequently, they enrolled in Oxford Brookes University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Real Estate Management. In addition to their formal education, Tim Struth also obtained the certification of MRICS from RICS in January 2002.
