Yotam Lazar

Yotam Lazar has a diverse work experience spanning from 2018 to 2020. In 2018, they worked as the Regional Sales Marketing Manager for Sufrin Group. Yotam's role involved renting and selling Sufrin's customer's properties, marketing, negotiations and mediation, marketing and sale of commercial assets to potential investors or self users, and collaborations with senior officials. In 2019, they were the Chief Executive Officer for מכלל הכספה מקצועית, where they were responsible for customer relationships, marketing, sales, company financial management, growth, collaborations, and more. Yotam also had exposure and knowledge of the company, being the only company in Israel granting government certifications by the Ministry of Housing and Construction, Registrar of Contractors. Yotam also found and implemented technological and advanced solutions for the company while conducting in-depth research of the E-Learning market. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer for Quonder, a company developing a Rapid Training Automation platform for Businesses. Yotam's role involved combining the power of data with the science of learning and memory to create effective training automatically which would increase employee engagement and reduce training time.

Yotam Lazar completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Bar-Ilan University between 2013 and 2015. Yotam then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Real Estate from Netanya Academic College between 2015 and 2017.
