Paul Bate

Paul Bate, CRCM, is currently working as the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Quontic. Prior to this, Paul held the title of VP-Compliance at First Tech Federal Credit Union and worked as an Examiner at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. With a background in the United States Marine Corps as a 2nd Lieutenant, Paul has also received education from various institutions such as Pacific Coast Banking School, ABA Graduate School of Compliance and Risk Management, and University of Washington where Paul earned a BA in Political Science and History.
