David Polk has extensive experience in the financial services sector, specifically in mortgage underwriting and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Quality Control Mortgage Underwriter at Quorum Federal Credit Union since June 2016, David ensures compliance with program guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements for closed mortgage loans. Prior to this role, David held various positions at JPMorgan Chase, including Quality Assurance Analyst for Control Management, and served as a Quality Control Manager at FirstKey. David’s early career includes roles such as Correspondent Repurchase Underwriter at JPMorgan Chase and Credit Operations Support at Bank of America/Countrywide Division. David's significant tenure at JPMorgan Chase also encompassed multiple VP positions in national retail underwriting management from 1998 to 2008. David holds a degree from Ithaca College.
