Currently serving as Specialty Lending Manager and Card Program Manager at Quorum Federal Credit Union since July 2013, Erika has built a robust career beginning at Bank of America from 2004 to 2013, where Erika held multiple leadership roles, including VP of Mortgage Servicing and VP of Risk Operations. In these positions, Erika was responsible for managing large teams, improving operational efficiency, and mitigating risk on high-value card portfolios, demonstrating a strong commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Monmouth University.
