Rachel Carter is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President - Special Assets at M&T Bank since June 2023. In addition, Rachel has held the role of Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist at Quorum Federal Credit Union since June 2020. Prior positions include Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Workout Team Leader at Sovereign Bank/Santander from July 2010 to August 2014 and Assistant Vice President at Anglo Irish Bank from March 2005 to July 2010. Rachel began a career in finance as an Analyst at HaysVentures LLC in 2005. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelors of Science in Finance & Economics from Bentley College. Rachel also pursued studies at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (WU).
