Jody McGinnis

Jody McGinnis has a strong background in clinical informatics and applications. Jody is currently working as the Vice President of Clinical Informatics and Applications at Quorum Health, where they lead a team of 36 employees and contractors. Jody'sresponsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the clinical information systems department and managing the budget. Jody is also accountable for the clinical implementation of EHR systems with MEDHOST and is directly responsible for the build, implementation, and support of physician-facing applications.

Prior to their current role, Jody was the Director of Inpatient at Cleveland Clinic from March 2019 to January 2020. Before that, they worked at HCA as the Director of Clinical Informatics Knowledge Management from June 2008 to May 2011, and as the Workflow Subject Matter Expert Lead from June 2008 to June 2010. Jody also served as the Director of Clinical Informatics at Adventist Health from June 2007 to June 2008, and as the Director of Nursing Informatics at Trinity Health from November 2004 to June 2007.

Jody McGinnis attended Wayne State University from 2001 to 2004 but did not complete a degree or field of study. From 2001 to 2003, Jody pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at the University of Windsor.
