Tracy Lachance

Tracy LaChance has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tracy started their career as a Training Specialist at FDIC in 1991 and later worked at Fleet Bank as a Training Manager and Performance Improvement Analyst. Tracy then joined Bank of America in 2005, where they held positions such as Senior Change Analyst and AVP for Project Management and Technical Project Solutions. In 2016, they worked at Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver Development Specialist, responsible for onboarding and training new caregivers. Tracy joined Quorum Health in 2017 and held roles as an Administrative Assistant, Manager of Supply Chain & Travel Resources, and Director of Supply Chain. Their accomplishments at Quorum Health include establishing a COVID-19 warehouse and coordinating the distribution of supplies to hospitals. In 2023, Tracy will be joining Ovation Healthcare as Director of Supply Chain. Throughout their career, Tracy has demonstrated their dedication to client satisfaction and achieving results.

Tracy LaChance attended Windham High School, where they obtained a degree in General Studies. In 2010, they also became Greenbelt Certified.
