Emily Goodfellow

Emily Goodfellow, SPHR has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Emily is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Quorum Hotels & Resorts. Prior to this, they were the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Pacifica Hotels, where they were responsible for HR-related verticals for a hotel management company. Before that, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at FASHIONPHILE, overseeing all aspects of HR for a luxury resale eCommerce company. Emily also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Islands Restaurants, where they managed HR for two multi-unit restaurant concepts. Emily'scareer began at The Walt Disney Company, where they worked as a hostess and trainer in the Outdoor Vending Department at the Disneyland Resort. Throughout their career, Emily has demonstrated expertise in areas such as culture-building, innovation, HR Tech procurement and implementation, acquisitions and divestitures, analytics, team experience branding, benefits and compensation management, employee relations, staffing, compliance, learning and development, employee evaluation, safety/health and welfare, and risk management.

Emily Goodfellow, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC San Diego and the Design Institute of San Diego. Emily obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HRCI in July 2018.
