Charles Scott is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and consultancy. As the Technical Director at Quorum Network Resources Ltd since May 1999, Charles oversees infrastructure and development consultants, shapes strategic direction, and conducts pre-sales consultancy. Previously contracted by the Royal Bank of Scotland as an Internet Infrastructure Specialist, Charles was instrumental in designing and implementing the infrastructure for a major online banking system. Charles has also held leadership positions in Microsoft training and consulting, including as Microsoft Systems Team Leader at Informatics CTEC, and has a background in GPS data collection and seismic survey work with Halliburton Geophysical Services. Charles holds a BSc in Topographical Science from the University of Glasgow.

We are an IT Consultancy and Managed Services company in Edinburgh with offices in London, Founded by Charles Scott, and Andrew Watson in 1999 We have successful Enterprise Consulting, Managed Services, and Application Development teams, underpinned by a strong PMO function to oversee, and deliver all our projects successfully. In 2018 it was announced that Quorum was going to become an employee-owned company, which became official in March 2019. Our values are a natural progression of how Quorum has grown and evolved and is driven by behaviours from the leadership team and every one of our employees.
