Bhavana Thadani

Bhavana Thadani has worked as a Senior Tech Lead at Quorum Software since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the Technical Product Owner of EC Upstream Management extension and delivering complex requirements within deadlines. Bhavana has also developed key Upstream functionalities such as Production Optimization, Well Performance Monitoring, and various Performance Models.

Before Tieto, Bhavana worked at Fundtech as a Software Engineer from 2012 to 2014. Bhavana was involved in the development and administration of Fundtech's Global CASHplus (GCP), a product for cash and treasury management solutions offered by banks to their corporate customers.

Bhavana's earliest work experience was at Wipro Infotech from 2010 to 2012. Here, they worked as a Software Engineer and was responsible for developing Finance, Inventory, and Account modules with reports for client analysis. Bhavana successfully implemented various Database objects using Oracle 10g and gained a deep understanding of application and process flow based on client requirements.

Bhavana Thadani obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Imperial College of Engg & research and Savitribai Phule Pune University. Bhavana studied at these institutions from 2006 to 2010. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Bhavana attended St. Mira's School from 1993 to 2004. Additionally, Bhavana holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2021.
