Marc Cannon

As Executive Vice President of Global Professional Services of Quorum Software, Marc is focused on developing business models for innovative solutions and leading professional services. Marc has over 20 years of experience building and running world-class customer-facing organizations in both on-prem and SaaS technology companies. Most recently, he was the Chief Customer Officer at Planview, Inc., a Thoma Bravo-owned SaaS company focused on project portfolio and work management solutions. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of customer onboarding, support, and success. He restructured the support organization to provide global, 24/7 coverage to improve communication and eliminate recurring customer issues. Prior to Planview, Marc led worldwide services organizations at Adobe, Autodesk, Bazaarvoice, Cadence Design Systems, Convio/Blackbaud, and think3. Marc has an MBA in finance from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Boston University.
