Ricard Mutlló Cantarell

Ricard Mutlló Cantarell has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ricard started their career in 2008 with a university apprenticeship at Repsol's refinery. In 2012, they worked as a FARO Grant Holder Internship at the Institut für Verbundwerkstoffe, assisting in new materials research.

In 2013, Ricard joined Katoen Natie as an Operational Manager Trainee, where they gained hands-on experience in various semi-industrial operations in the Food & Feed Hub. Ricard was later promoted to Chief Operations Supervisor, managing all operations and significantly improving productivity.

From 2014 to 2018, Ricard worked for Dril-Quip as a Field Engineer, overseeing well field operations projects at both onshore and offshore drilling facilities in Saudi Arabia. Ricard was responsible for the successful management of resources and handling unexpected situations.

Since 2018, Ricard has been with Quorum Software, where they have held multiple roles. Initially, as a Solutions Consultant, they executed the implementation of software solutions for Business Planning and Execution in the oil and gas upstream sector. Ricard conducted in-depth analysis of company processes and supported clients in adopting innovative technologies.

Ricard was then promoted to Senior Solutions Consultant, providing senior guidance internally and externally. Ricard contributed to the selling and design processes, generated SOW (Statement of Work), and responded to RFPs (Request for Proposal).

Currently, they hold the position of Strategic Account Manager for Saudi Aramco at Quorum Software. In this role, they support Aramco in their digital transformation journey, utilizing their professional consultancy services and field operations background to understand client needs and ensure trusted communication. Developing strong and long-term relationships with Aramco's business and management is a key aspect of this partnership.

Ricard Mutlló Cantarell attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2005 to 2009, where they completed a degree in Mecánica, earning the title of Ingeniero Técnico. Ricard then pursued further education at the same institution from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a degree in Organización Industriral, being awarded the title of Ingeniero. In 2015, Ricard enrolled at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and completed a University Master's Degree in Management of Organizations, with a focus on Administración y gestión de empresas, general, which they finished in 2017.
