Jim Hornberger has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Jim started their career as an Account Representative at Just Looking Logos in 2006. Jim then moved on to The Edcomm Group Banker's Academy, where they held various roles such as Area Sales Manager, Mentor, Sales Training, Senior Sales Account Executive, Senior Sales Manager, and Director of Enterprise Learning from 2006 to 2015. In 2011, they joined ADP as a Major Accounts District Manager. Jim then worked at The Edcomm Group Banker's Academy again in 2012 as a Senior Sales Account Executive and Senior Sales Manager. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Director of Enterprise Learning at The Edcomm Group Banker's Academy. In 2015, they joined Workzone as a Sales Executive until 2017. Following that, they worked as a National Sales Executive at United Public Safety for a brief period. In 2018, they held the role of Sales Executive at Vertical Screen, Inc. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at BCC Research, first as a Customer Success Manager - Member Services and then as an Account Manager - Member Services. Currently, Jim holds the position of a Customer Success Manager II at Quorum, where they started working in November 2021.

Jim Hornberger attended Villanova University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In terms of additional certifications, Jim obtained several certifications from Quorum, including Local Dialogue Tracking, Introduction to Federal Legislative Tracking, Introduction to Grassroots Advocacy, Introduction to Lobbying & Government Relations, Introduction to State Legislative Tracking, Introduction to Stakeholder Engagement, and Quorum Administrator. These certifications were obtained in various months of 2022.
