Kristen Belcourt

Kristen Belcourt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristen began their career as a Technology Coordinator at the University of Maryland from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they worked as a Senior Sales Analyst at Comcast SportsNet, where they handled sales reporting and billing reconciliation for commercials aired during sports games.

In 2001, Kristen joined Vocus, Inc. as a Professional Services Consultant. In this role, they implemented Vocus Government Relations / PAC software for top-tier Fortune 500 clients. Their responsibilities included converting client data files into the Vocus platform and ensuring accurate transaction conversion through state and Federal compliance reports.

From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Cision as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, they contributed to agile projects, showcasing their troubleshooting and analytical skills. Kristen later transitioned into the role of a Technical Project Manager, where they worked closely with various states and the dev team to ensure compliance and accurate implementation of PAC product requirements.

Their most recent position is as a Product Manager at Quorum since 2021. In this role, Kristen is responsible for the legacy PAC product, ensuring compliance with state filing agencies and timely report filing for clients. Kristen is also working on a new PAC product, collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.

Throughout their career, Kristen has showcased excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, adapting well to diverse teams and projects.

Kristen Belcourt earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Developer from Scrum.org in December 2014.
