Scott Shumway

Scott Shumway has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Co-Founder and CTO at Quorus since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Dartmouth College as a Research Software Engineer Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer from 2017 to the present. Before that, they founded Shumworks LLC in 2015 and held the position of Founder until 2019. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Jefferies & Company as the VP of Technology. Their earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer and Senior Technical Support at East Point Systems, Inc. from 2010 to 2011.

Scott Shumway completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan between 2003 and 2007. Scott then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of New Hampshire from 2019 to 2022. Although there is no specific information about their education at Central Connecticut State University and the University of Hartford, it is known that they studied Computer Science at both institutions.
