Rachel Greenwood

Rachel Greenwood has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rachel has held various roles in different companies. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Hotel General Manager at Castle Rock Hostel. Rachel then joined JUCY Group in 2011, where they held multiple positions, including Communications and Culture Executive and Snooze Head Of Operations, managing three hotels and being a part of the Senior Leadership team. Rachel joined Quotable Value Ltd in 2022 as an Internal Communications and Engagement Advisor and later became the Culture and People Experience Lead. In these roles, they focused on delivering on the People Experience Strategy, employee engagement surveys, and creating an inclusive and supportive work culture.

Rachel Greenwood attended Unitech Auckland with a focus on Marine technology starting in 1998. Prior to that, they attended Lynfield College, but the field of study is unknown.
