Ray Bonis is an experienced executive currently serving as President of QuoteWerks since May 2025 and Partner at Performance Consulting and Management Group (PCMG) since January 2010. Previously, Ray held roles as Vice President of Transformation & Strategy and Senior Director of Transformation & Strategy at LAM Technology from July 2023 to May 2025. Additionally, Ray served as Head of Revenue Operations at Thryv from March 2021 to May 2023, emphasizing the development of high-performing Revenue Operations teams and a data-driven culture to enhance Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success operations. Ray's accomplishments at Interstate Batteries as Director of Sales Center of Excellence included driving nearly $1 billion in sales through strategic execution and the establishment of a comprehensive sales infrastructure.
