Alicia Keane

Alicia Keane is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and strategic human resources management. Currently serving as the Director HR Business Partner for Global Operations at Qurate Retail Group since April 2018, Alicia collaborates with senior leadership to enhance the People strategy and organizational health for a workforce of 18,000 across various operational areas. Prior to this role, Alicia led the Culture and Organizational Development Center of Expertise at Qurate Retail Group, focusing on talent management and engagement strategies. Alicia's tenure at QVC from 2002 to 2019 included multiple leadership positions in HR engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent development. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Penn State University.
