Neha Shah

Neha Shah has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Neha is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Qure.ai, where they collaborated with executive leadership to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at McKinsey & Company, managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle for the Finance Global Operations service line in India. Neha has also served as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Global Services (KGS), where they developed recruitment strategies and built trust-based relationships with internal clients in the Tax business. Before that, they were an Emerging Lead at State Street, managing end-to-end recruitment for the Corporate Finance vertical. In their early career, Neha worked as a Recruitment Executive at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, responsible for end-to-end hiring for various corporate functions and investment banking roles.

Neha Shah completed a post-graduation degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Welingkar Institute of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai from 2008 to 2011.
