Yakhouba Touré

Yakhouba Touré has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the medical imaging and healthcare industry. Yakhouba started their career as an Intern at Hôpitaux Universitaires Pitié Salpêtrière, where they worked on extracting information from DICOM images and creating a database for clinical engineers. Yakhouba then interned at Dassault Systèmes as a Life Sciences PLM Consultant. Yakhouba joined GE Healthcare as an MR Advanced Application Specialist, where they conducted functional tests, provided feedback on software applications, and implemented an interactive tutorial for MRI image post-processing software. Yakhouba later worked at Cerner Corporation as a Delivery Consultant. Yakhouba then joined SSM SENEGAL as a Medical Imaging Specialist, where they set up the Medical Imaging business unit and served as the technical and sales leader. Currently, they work at Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique de DAKAR as a Visiting Lecturer and at Qure.ai as a Business Development Lead for West & French Speaking Africa. Yakhouba's work experience highlights their expertise in medical imaging, software implementation, and business development.

Yakhouba Touré has a diverse education history. In 2008, they earned their High School Diploma from Prytanée Militaire de Saint-Louis, where they studied Science Teacher Education/General Science Teacher Education. Yakhouba went on to pursue an Associate of Science degree in Physics at Université de Rouen from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they enrolled at Pierre and Marie Curie University and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics the following year. Continuing their studies at the same university, Yakhouba obtained a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master of Science degree in Medical Imaging.
