Irene Abaurrea has six years of work experience. Irene began their career in 2013 as a Sales Assistant at FC Barcelona, where they had the responsibility of providing premium customer service, customizing products, and training new team members. In 2016, they moved to Decathlon España as a Section Manager, where they were responsible for making decisions in different aspects, developing projects, hiring according to the human policy, and leading a team. In 2018, they joined Robert Walters as an IT Recruitment Consultant, where they were responsible for identifying and attracting new customers, drafting and negotiating business proposals, and developing loyalty with existing customers. In 2019, they joined Walters People as a Consultant in Information Technology. In 2020, they were a Talent Acquisition Partner at Qustodio via Walters People.
