Xavier Sansó

Xavier Sansó has extensive experience in finance and business operations. Xavier began their career in 1995 as an External Auditor at Deloitte (formerly Arthur Andersen LLP). In 1997, they joined Puratos Group as a Regional Controller and Internal Auditor for Latin America and Iberia. From 1999 to 2003, they were the Corporate Controller for EMEA at Oliver Wyman (formerly Diamond Management & Technology Consultants). During this time, they helped grow the company into a European multinational firm and then sold it to a Nasdaq-quoted US corporation. In 2003, Xavier moved to Gunnebo Security Group as the Division Business Controller for EMEA. In 2007, they became the Finance Business Partner and FP&A EMEA at SCIEX. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the CFO at UppTalk and a Council Member at GLG. In 2018, Xavier joined Apollorion Global as a Consultant. Xavier is currently the Founding Partner at Metrix Partners and Director at Qustodio.

Xavier Sansó obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Esade in 1994, with a focus in Organizational Leadership / Finance. Xavier then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Esade in 1989, with a focus in Business Management. In 2013, they obtained an Introduction to Biology - The Secret of Life certification from edX. In 2014, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, with a focus in Accounting and Business/Management. Additionally, in 1989, they obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge. Xavier is also currently enrolled at EAE Business School.
