Tracy Balachandran CFO

Tracy Balachandran has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Tracy is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at QV Systems since August 2021. Prior to that, Tracy served as the Finance and Commercial Director (CFO) at Community Dental Services CIC from August 2016 to March 2021. Tracy was responsible for various areas such as technology, data, legal, and estates. Tracy also held the position of Finance Director (Freelance) at Digital Mums Ltd from September 2015 to August 2016, where they played a crucial role in fundraising and strategic planning.

Earlier in their career, Tracy worked at Barclays in various capacities.
