Anabel Pérez Díaz

Anabel Pérez Díaz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anabel began their career as a Thesis Worker at Tampere University of Technology, where they developed a Matlab application to visualize the radiation patterns of UHF RFID tags for their Master's thesis. After completing their thesis, Anabel joined Lionbridge as a Software Testing Engineer, where they tested various mobile devices and digital platforms for functionality, translation, and localization in Spanish and Galician. Anabel also carried out quality assurance tasks and reviewed the work of others.

Anabel then took on the role of Innovation Connector at Kora, where they assisted Kora members in growing their businesses by networking, organizing events, and connecting startups and growing companies with the university world. Anabel also provided everyday customer service at Kora at Tampere University of Technology.

Following their time at Kora, Anabel joined Qvantel, starting as a Junior Business Analyst and subsequently progressing to Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner. Currently, they hold the position of Business Expert (Lead Business Analyst) at Qvantel.

Additionally, Anabel held a leadership position as a Member of the Board at the Student Union of Tampere University of Technology, where they were responsible for international affairs and communication. In this role, they planned and led meetings and implemented various projects based on the organization's internationalization plan.

Throughout their career, Anabel has demonstrated strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to adapt to new roles and industries.

Anabel Pérez Díaz pursued their education at various institutions and obtained degrees in different fields. From 2005 to 2010, they attended Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Telecommunications Engineering. Following this, they joined Tampere University of Technology from 2009 to 2010 as part of an Erasmus exchange program, focusing on RFID, project management, and information management. Anabel Pérez Díaz continued their studies at Tampere University of Technology from 2011 to 2015, completing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business and Technology.
