Ben Oren

Ben Oren is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as an Independent Board Member and Audit Committee Member for Cleveland-Cliffs since May 2024. Oren has held multiple executive roles as Executive Vice President and Treasurer for several companies including Liberty Media, Liberty Broadband-A, Qurate Retail Group, and Liberty Tripadvisor Holdings Inc since August 2020. Oren's previous experience includes a decade at Credit Suisse, where responsibilities included Managing Director and Group Head in Liability Management and Leveraged Finance/Debt Capital Markets, as well as an Executive Director position at UBS Securities LLC. Oren began their career at Credit Suisse First Boston and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Management, and Legal Studies from The Wharton School, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
