Jessica A. Rennig

Jessica A. Rennig (Ruane) serves as the Director, People Lead (HRBP) for Growth functions at Qurate Retail Group since May 2018, where strategic HR leadership and coaching is provided for various teams, including Streaming, Social, and Digital. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Sr. Manager, People & Organization (HR) Business Partner, advising global Technology and Legal teams. Jessica's experience includes serving as the Sr. Organizational Effectiveness Partner at QVC, where support was given for performance reviews and organizational design activities. Earlier roles included consulting at Grant Thornton LLP on organizational change management, leading talent management initiatives at BDP International, and providing organizational development support at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College.
