Ben Doremus

Ben Doremus has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ben is currently a Principal Analyst at Qventus, Inc, where they are responsible for utilizing AI and machine learning to automate processes for OR scheduling and inpatient discharge planning. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Magenta Care Continuum, where they built and operationalized a healthcare analytics product. Ben also worked at Olive as the Director of Data Engineering, overseeing two teams and scaling their efforts. Ben has experience in data quality and integration as the Director of Data Quality and Integration at Empiric Health, and they have held leadership positions in IT and data engineering. Ben started their career as a Math Teacher and Math Lead at Golden View Classical Academy and has also worked as a Tech Specialist at Arapahoe Libraries. Ben has a strong background in education, having taught various STEM subjects at Vanguard Classical School and Ridgeview Classical Schools.

Ben Doremus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Lafayette College between 2003 and 2007. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Data Science from Galvanize Inc.
