Oskar Chomicki

Oskar Chomicki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Oskar currently holds the role of Product Analytics Lead at Qventus, Inc since April 2023, after previously serving as a Product Analytics Specialist starting from December 2020.

Prior to joining Qventus, Oskar worked at Community Medical Centers from February 2017 to December 2020. Oskar held the position of Senior BI Analyst, Technical Lead and played a key role in the maturation of the analytics function within the regional healthcare network. Oskar contributed to the growth of the department, which expanded from 1 to 24 analysts. Oskar implemented efforts to optimize the analytics life-cycle, standardized datasets, documented data lineage, and conducted quality reviews. Oskar delivered complex, multi-domain solutions using Tableau, SQL, Business Objects, and Alteryx for areas such as workforce planning, pharmacy compliance, supply chain, and surgical services.

Before that, Oskar worked at Sante Health System, Inc from November 2015 to February 2017 as a Quality Improvement Data Analyst. Oskar led QI data analytics initiatives for the healthcare services organization, developing reports, mailings, and KPI dashboards. Oskar cleaned, normalized, and integrated data from various sources into a data repository.

From February 2014 to November 2015, Oskar served as a Technical Consultant at Accela, where they delivered BI solutions and provided project management for local government agencies. Oskar elicited and documented software requirements and developed KPI dashboards, reports, and data extracts.

Oskar's work experience also includes roles such as a Technical Project Manager at San Joaquin Figs, Inc. from May 2012 to February 2014, a Technology Associate at National Head Start Association from August 2011 to April 2012, and an Adjunct Government Instructor at Central Texas College from October 2010 to March 2011.

In addition, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2019.
