Carissa Phillips has over 12 years of work experience in customer success, deliverability, support, and design. Carissa began their career in 2008 as a Designer/Owner at Fire Mail, where they designed email newsletter templates, coded in HTML and CSS, and provided customer service. In 2010, they joined CM Group, where they served in three roles: Deliverability Manager, Deliverability Specialist, and Support Specialist. In their most recent role at CM Group, they acted as a trusted advisor to high-value customers in managing their reputation and providing remediation tactics and strategy as a part of Professional Services. Carissa also hired, built onboarding process, and raised up a consulting team of 5 people. In 2022, they joined Qwilr as a Customer Success Manager.
