Jess Tassell

Jess Tassell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the marketing and consulting industries. Jess began their career in 2003 as a Manager and Senior Consultant for Transaction Advisory and Strategic Growth Markets at EY in Melbourne, Australia. In 2011, they moved to EY-Parthenon as a Senior Manager for Strategy Consulting and managed projects for global music companies, entertainment mergers, and consumer product companies. In 2016, they joined StubHub as CMO, International, where they led a team of 44 marketers and reduced annual marketing costs by 48%. Jess also streamlined marketing and drove greater consistency in the user experience globally, and delivered 25%+ revenue growth. In 2021, they took on roles as an LP & Tidal Expert Advisor at Tidal Ventures, an Advisor at Milking Yard Farm, and a Co-Founder at Ren. Most recently, they were appointed a Fractional CMO at Qwilr.

Jess Tassell completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Melbourne, majoring in Marketing and Business. Jess then went on to become a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants. During their studies, Jess also participated in an exchange program at Università Bocconi, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing, Economics, and Fashion.
