Ivan Gilli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ivan began their career in the events management industry, working as a Produktionsassistent for New Art Concerts GmbH and later for ART Concerts GmbH. Ivan then transitioned to customer service roles, starting as a Customer Service Agent for Tirendo Holding GmbH and later Contorion. Ivan also worked as a Sales Manager for Bianco Evento before moving into management positions. Ivan served as a Customer Service Manager and CRM for Savedo GmbH and later as a Customer Retention Manager. Ivan then joined Infinitec Solutions GmbH as a Team Operations Manager Customer Care before finally moving to Qwist. At Qwist, Ivan held various roles including Customer Success Specialist - DACH, Lead Customer Service Manager, and currently serves as a Team Lead Customer Service.
Ivan Gilli attended IHK Düsseldorf from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Veranstaltungskaufmann. During the same period, they also attended IST-Studieninstitut GmbH, where they pursued a degree in Eventmanager.
