Fabio Cerqueira has extensive experience in various roles within the field of consulting and project management. Fabio started their career as an Analyst of Projects and Valuation at Brechbühler Consultoria de Crédito, where they were responsible for analyzing project viability and conducting valuations for startups and new market entrants. Fabio then joined qwst. as an Analyst of Projects, where they managed research and market intelligence projects for major companies and implemented agile management models to optimize the interface between technology and statistics. Fabio later became a Consultant of Intelligence, co-founding the Customer Experience Management department and leading the implementation of CEM projects for clients such as Editora Abril and Natura. As the Director of Projects, Fabio is currently responsible for the portfolio and product direction at QuestManager, as well as acting as a consultant for business development and client acquisition. Ultimately, Fabio Cerqueira's work experience showcases their expertise in feedback management, customer experience, and project leadership.

Fabio Cerqueira completed their MBA in Strategic Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Economics at Ibmec from 2006 to 2010.
