Ritam Das

Ritam Das has significant work experience in the field of Human Resources, Training, and Talent Management. Ritam is currently working as an Associate Vice President at QX Global Group, where they manage various HR Tech and digital training projects, oversees the training framework, and leads organizational development initiatives. Prior to this, Ritam held senior managerial roles in F&A, Training, and L&D at QX Global Group and WNS Global Services. Ritam also worked at Infosys as a Team Lead, Process Specialist, and Senior Account Executive, and at Tecon Consultant Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Account Executive. Additionally, they have worked as a Freelancer at 3Desk and as a Freelance Writer at Hues Of Aspiration. Ritam's early career includes experience as an Agent Coordinator, where they were responsible for coordinating manpower and fieldwork assignments.

Ritam Das has an education history that spans various fields and institutions. In 1995, they began their academic journey at De Nobili School, where they completed their primary and secondary education. Afterwards, they attended Durgapur HSSCS from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their Higher Secondary qualification with a focus on Commerce.

In 2008, Ritam enrolled at Heramba Chandra College, Calcutta University, and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance. Ritam completed this program in 2011.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Ritam attended the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2011 and 2012. During this time, they pursued a Professional (Final) degree in Company Secretaryship.

In 2019, Ritam joined Jaipur National University and embarked on a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a concentration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Ritam successfully completed this degree in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Ritam has obtained various certifications. These include "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence," "Executive Influence," "Measuring Learning Effectiveness," and "Power BI Top Skills," all of which were acquired from LinkedIn in May 2021. Ritam also earned certifications such as "How to Create a Perfect Elevator Pitch" in October 2020, "Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID" in September 2020, "Power BI Essential Training" in July 2020, and "Instructional Design: Needs Analysis" in March 2020, all from LinkedIn.

Currently, Ritam is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, with an anticipated completion date in 2022.
