Aaron Martens

Aaron Martens is the founder and CEO of QXM SOLUTIONS, a technology consulting and custom software development company. Aaron has over 20 years of experience in the management consulting and software development industries.

Prior to QXM, Aaron was the CEO of BrightSpot Media, a management consulting firm they founded in 2004. Aaron also served as the CEO of Red Terrier Technologies and n-Torus Technologies, two software development companies they founded in 2008 and 2015 respectively.

Aaron began their career as a management consultant at Ernst & Young LLP in 1997. Aaron then went on to start their own management consulting firm, Martens Consulting, in 2000. Aaron has since consulted for some of the world's largest companies on a variety of topics including strategy, operations, and technology.
