Robert Fien

Robert Fien has extensive experience in the packaging industry. Robert began their career at Graphic Packaging, where they served as a Plant Manager for four years. During their time there, they improved the financial performance of the facility. Robert then moved on to International Paper, where they were also a Plant Manager. Here, they stabilized operations during a challenging labor negotiation period. Fien then joined Exopack/International Paper as a Plant General Manager, where they had P&L responsibility for a blown film extrusion facility. Robert successfully turned around the facility before leaving in 2003. Fien then joined Multicolor Corp as a Plant Manager before eventually becoming the Director of Operations at RA Jones. In this role, they played a key role in growing EBIT from $4.7 million in 2007 to $14 million.
