Rae Phillips-Luther is a seasoned marketing and brand strategist with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Owner of The Stix Icehouse since July 2021, Rae focuses on brand architecture and company culture. As Founder and CEO of R Circle, established in April 2017, Rae connects emerging brands with fractional C-suite talent. Previous roles include Chief Brand Officer for Front Burner Society, Restaurant Owner at UP Inspired Kitchen, and Chief Marketing Officer at Jamba Juice and Zoes Kitchen. Rae's marketing expertise was further demonstrated as Vice President of Marketing at Kona Grill, where significant positive sales trends were achieved, and as Vice President of Marketing for FHRG, overseeing Champps and Fox and Hound. Educational background includes study at Southern Methodist University.
